HUGE NEWS! We had our 5th baby boy last Friday and we are so in love! What a blessing fatherhood is!!

💪 Health & Fitness Tips:

How to kick sugar cravings - a good majority of the time (if you’re not still physiologically addicted to sugar), a sugar craving has a lot to do with sodium levels in the body. Want to beat those pesky little cravings? Get an electrolyte drink with HIGH amounts of sodium in it. I prefer LMNT, citrus salt flavor. If you like a good margarita with salt, you’ll love this flavor. Although, if you don’t like margaritas you’d probably like it too.

 

📚 Book Recommendation:

The Common Rule - I read this with one of the discipleship groups I led a couple of years ago and it was a very practical and super insightful approach to creating a rule of life in ways that leverage simple, easy, repeatable habits, that will forge your relationship with God and neighbor. Highly recommend it. I also enjoy and recommend all of Justin’s books.
