Most fathers notice their energy improving within the first week. Physical changes typically begin showing around week 3-4, and by 90 days, you'll see significant transformation in both your body and mindset. After a year...you'll be a different man.
We've built this with both novice and experienced dads in mind. There are program pathways for all fitness levels. You'll start where you are and progress at your own pace. Many of our most successful members started from zero.
No. We designed programs for those with either zero equipment, a home gym, or full facility access. A gym membership is optional - You can certainly tackle this at home, that's what I (Chris) do.
Within 5 minutes, you'll receive login details to our community app and workout app. You'll be guided through a simple onboarding process, connect with the community, and have your first workout ready to go. We make it impossible to fail.
Workouts are 30-40 minutes or less. The nutrition plan requires zero extra time if you already cook - you'll learn to make simple adjustments to what you're already cooking. Total daily commitment on workout days (usually ~3 days/week) including the micro-habit routine, is ~45-60 minutes maximum. On non-workout days, only 15-minutes.
This is a 1-year program. The first 6 months of the program has a defined content pathway. If you'd like to go back through the first 6 months during the second 6 months, you can definitely do that (and we have many men who do). After the first year if you'd like to continue, it's another annual payment of $250 to keep access.
